A Short Description of SEA-GUST
SEA-GUST is an SME, providing services of Research and Development and consultancy in the fields of marine sciences and technologies, based on in-situ data acquisition, processing and analysis, satellite data post-processing and numerical modelling (waves and currents). SEA-GUST provides tailored services to comply with marine operators needs as production costs reduction, risks assessment and anticipation, design of marine structures, marine ecosystems protection, all this on the basis of a sharp knowledge and added-value analysis of the environmental conditions that interact with the project components. Dr Slim GANA, SEA-GUST Executive Manager, has a strong experience in Operational Oceanography acquired through EU-funded projects and provision of consultancy services based on physical Oceanography and Meteorology.

Role In Project
The main role and tasks allocated to SEA-GUST in Iliad
SEA-GUST will be involved in baseline met-ocean studies, in the implementation of locally data acquisition, transmission and displaying systems, in numerical modelling and added-values analysis, in capacity building and outreach, in communication and dissemination. SEA-GUST will liaise with the end-users and work in close collaboration with actors of the Blue Economy and strategic partners of IT and Internet of Things.
