Milestones

Iliad's project milestones are key decision points to chart progress and assess what problems might have arisen and what steps, if any, need to be taken for the next phase of work to begin. Milestones are typically set at the beginning of a project and are agreed upon by all partners. They should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Milestones are important for ensuring that projects stay on track and that progress is made towards the overall objectives. They can also be used to measure the success of a project.
