Ocean Decade Co-Design Workshop

The Ocean Observing Co-Design Programme will host the Ocean Decade Co-design Workshop and will be held virtually from 7th-9th June, 2022.

This workshop will be the opening event for development of transformative co-design processes and will help develop methods for advancing co-design projects.

Teams will focus on the development of co-design ‘exemplar’ projects, these include providing the ocean information needed to national governments for carbon budgets, users of marine heatwave information, and improving the forecasting of hurricanes and tropical storms.

As a continuation of the workshop, a ‘Supporters Forum’ will be held in September.
